RETURNS Bags can only be returned if they are completely unused and in their original packaging. Once a bag has been used outdoors or shows signs of wear, it is excluded from exchange for quality assurance and cleanliness reasons. Please inspect your order carefully before taking your bag out for its first roll.
For all other products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods applies - provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
