Packaging
Each set of tiles comes in a high-quality, sturdy cardboard box with a magnetic flap.
Care
Gently wipe the tiles with a moistened cloth. Make sure to protect them from prolonged, direct sun exposure, and never fully submerge them in water.

SHIPPING We ship our products carefully packaged — so the tiles arrive exactly as they were sent.
RETURNS Tiles can only be returned in their original sealed packaging. Once opened, sets are excluded from exchange for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. Please inspect your order carefully before opening.
For all other products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods applies — provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
