RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY

The Midnight Mahjong Club — Return and Withdrawal Information

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not free — shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at play@themidnightmahjongclub.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom-made items (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item and, after the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (14 Days)

Irrespective of the above, if goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving reasons. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
